Horween’s Pioneer Reindeer is their recreation of the famous “Russian Reindeer” leather, discovered in the 18th-century Metta Catharina shipwreck. The leather shares many characteristics with Horween’s Chromexcel: aniline-dyed, heavy pull-up, and combination-tanned. It is distinguished by a heavy embossment, creating a strictly defined, diamond-shaped hatch grain pattern.

The Cap Toe boot—combining Goodyear-welt construction with time-proven leather uppers, lining, and insoles—shares its base pattern with our Edward boot. It features a triple-stitched cap-toe, smaller hardware, and wheeled split-reverse welts. Perfect for a meeting or a night out in town.
